Order comes in and they may show BLANKS which has to be crossed out. Please check art for imprint information.
They send their artwork and carton label template for each item ordered.
On two toned mugs, always have imprint color the color of the inside of mug unless it is a dark inside (like cobalt) then imprint color should be white.

- customer picks up orders ONLY, never ship them
- No setup charge on repeat orders
- Protective Packs 3.00 per carton on required all ceramic orders

• EQP pricing on all items (InstaHit excluded)
• 1 color 1 location included - run charges applicable for more
• For apparel that is embroidered includes 5,000 – 7,000 stitches 1 location depending on items…($.28 net run charge per each additional 1,000 stitches)
• Applying a customer supplied hangtag is $0.16 net per hang tag.
• To roll the shirt, wrap the cap around the shirt, apply rubber bands, and apply customer sticker is $0.95 net per set.
Apply UPC labels to each item (we supply and print the labels) (labels no longer have pricing per Tamas)
Apply labels with P.O. number and logo to outer carton, one on each end (we supply and print the labels).
Hang tags for apparel (customer supplied) is 0.16 net per piece to apply.
Customer pays additional stitch run charges on embroidery as listed on website.
Pick Up all orders, even from Warehouse 30, 11, 42, 99 (they are shipped here).
