Always print sunglasses on left temple as standard fot their orders.
EQP pricing for 100 units of #4000 (50 less than our minimum) EQP on item 5702 for all qtys 1.50 handling charges.
Also the following:
No charge 1st proofs $40 net set ups - $30 net $32 net set ups - $25 net Colorbrite - $140 net
