Here are the things discussed/agreed to verbally with CJ over the last month – I am hoping I captured most of it. I cc’d Michael in case he has additions.
• Pricing – EQP minus 4% on all quantities unless otherwise agreed to (see attached file)
• $25 setups unless otherwise agreed to or exceptions (screened tshirt, embroidery, etc.)
• 60 day terms
• Caps – 36 qty minimum
• Glassware – 24 qty minimum
• ½ min quantities is the lowest we will go on MOQ unless otherwise agreed to (see attached file)
• Rebate structure yet to be defined…tiered on volume
