• Do NOT put a top note "emailupdateto"
• If PO has Hit Equal and shipping to a valid Hit Equal state, please ship Hit Equal even if the PO says ground
• If PO says to ship on the customers account and it's not shipping Hit Equal we are to ship on shipper number UPS E3E012
• No billing for overruns (they will request no overruns on POs)
• No handling charges
• No charge restocking fee
• No embroidery tape charge
• customer received an additional 3000 stitches at no charge on embroidery orders
• DIGIBRITE - Only charge 2 run charges of $0.24 net per side, when printing digibrite on 2 sides

• No charge repeat setups for warehouse 10 orders, 1 color imprints

2018 NO SETUP for 1 color print/1 location on any EOS orders per TommyG

• $20 setups for $40 net
• $18 setups for $36 net
• $16 setups for $32 net
• 1/2 off on apparel setups
• Colorbrite - $120 net (4 color process)
• No charge setups on all 1 color imprint on all writing instruments
• Item 34, no charge setups on orders $250 or more on multi colored imprints

• 34 - min qty 200 - free setup w/min order of 250 pcs, 1 color/location imprint (good for 2018)

These orders will ship Next Day or 2 Days (depending on the product)

All Proofs MUST be waived

In the event that a Client refuses to order due to this and MUST see a proof, we WILL make an exception and offer a Proof. However, we cannot be responsible for the Proof Approval not being “approved” in time.

3. All orders MUST specify the following on the PO:

a. “24 Hour” or “48 Hour” Depending on which item

b. Proof WAIVED

i. In the event that a Client Must see a Proof, we cannot be responsible for the Proof Approval not being “approved” in time.

4. MOST Importantly – The PO’s MUST come over to the Order Entry Department (Email: Orders@Admints.com ) Complete! There are ZERO Exceptions to this.

a. There will not be enough time for our team and your team to go back-and-forth due to missing information

i. This can apply to any of the following:

1. Missing info for Ship-to Addresses, Shipper Account Numbers, lack of information regarding Flavors, Fills, Quantities, and if applicable, any general responses when the Orders Team needs to confirm any pertinent info (such as Pricing)

5. If needed, orders may be placed on the Admints 3Day FED-EX Upgrade Account
