  1. If the customer exist in BizRules, follow those instructions
  2. Otherwise:
    1. If pricing is higher on the PO than in the AS400, correct pricing to AS400, and do not clarify. If pricing is higher in AS400 than what is on the PO, place order on "clarifications" and contact customer service representative that is responsible for the order.
    2. If purchase order says "pricing per" or "quote per" proceed with pricing even if lower than AS400 pricing
    3. If no UPS # is listed automatically change to the appropriate FedEx service unless another shipping method such as truck or freight is indicated on order
  3. Please do not process as FedEx Ground Default. If the PO mentions a ship method or ship to address of TBA, it needs to be entered as TBA
  4. If PO states Address to follow, simply type this and our Customer Service will update the order at a later date.
  5. If the price is accurate up to two places after the decimal point, then proceed with the price in the AS400. For Example. If the price in the AS400 is 1.305 and the PO states 1.30, then go ahead and add on that extra .5 cent without clarification.
  6. we need to assist the factory with providing better SPECIAL packaging notes on our orders.

From here on out, anytime a customer's PO states SPECIAL packaging, please make sure to note it in the top notes, in addition to entering it as a line item.

When splitting a customer’s PO for internal reasons (i.e. different art, back order etc) do not change the PO number. You can override the dup order warning message. Also indicate in the top notes ‘Order 1 or 2’ etc on the order. This will help us identify that we have multiple orders in house for the same customer regarding the same PO.

Redo Orders

When setting up a ‘redo order’ we must include the cost of the product and other associated costs. The credit department will issue the credit for the redo once it ships.


Sanitizers, Sunscreens and Lip Balms

PLEASE make sure we are OUTSOURCING orders for Sanitizers, sunscreens and lip balms produced at the Tampa vendor as 4CP.
