FRED'S NOTES SUMMER 2014 --Brad refuses to use virtuals. We have offered before and he does not believe in them. He will only work with specs.
He needs to be challenged to continue to give us business in my opinion.
His numbers were improving when we did this previously. Up to $3k last year (9 orders mostly Verizon lip balm) from $2k year before.
Here is the origin of the 2 small orders in this year so far:
We gave him 20 free snack pack specs ($100 cost to us in time, design and product) in Oct 2014 which resulted in a 235 piece snack pack order this month. ($700) Other order was empty snack packs for same client ($300). Empty order came in first which is interesting and maybe a good sign. No indication if this will be a program. I will have Tommy check. No other orders since October. So we spent 10% of our gross to get this business. Marginal return for us in this case. I am hopeful the Verizon specs we are doing now will work out better and we can review this in time.
