2016 Pricing and rules below:

ANY ORDER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US NEEDS TO HAVE SHIP METHOD AS - CONTACT exportrouting@Staples.com FOR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT USE ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE PO.

OK to ship ceramics via UPS for this customer.

RULES

1. ALL NEW ORDERS gets N/C setup for 2016 per CJ (including embroidery and 4CP)
2. 0.35(G) running charge for every additional 1,000 stitches over 8000 stitches.
3. On pad printed or small surface silk, we should be at $ .20 net run charge per location/color (unless pricing on website/catalog is less)(see special pricing on item 34) including Digibrite.
4. All other Run charges (bags, totes, coolers, caps) are 0.40 net per pc for additional colors imprints and location EXCEPT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ON CHAIRS, that run is 0.80 net each
5. Run charge for laser engraving are applicable
6. N/C repeat Setups and refer setups
7. N/C Proofs, N/C spec samples, N/C PMS charges EVER, N/C for imprint color change
8. No LTM charge - UNLESS noted on the PO.
9. Item 34 or 31 - Please see special pricing depending on imprint colors and locations for both domestic and import Media:Item 34 Pricing for Staples.pdf (AB Business TMs attached)Media:AB_companies.pdf If the order is for a 2 color imprint/1 location, use the one color pricing and add 0.07 run charge per Steve. If it is a full color, add 0.60 run charge per piece for 1 side full color.

12. On ALL Drinkware the lids MUST be attached ... Please make sure to make a top note of this ! the charge is 0.025 net each per piece.

14. drop ship charges are 5.00 per additional location after the first 2 locations
15. Staples is not charged $20 for cancellations
16. Item# 7050 1 color 1 location $9.59 net each (unless there is a quote for another price)and We charge $2.50 net for individual Chair boxes
17. item 7124 - 1 color/ 1 location (or wrap) $.708 net and 36pcs. minimum.
18. Item 2700 with TM for Disney or ESPN must have special Prop 65 labels attached.
19. United Way TM for item 5816 or 5869 may request special packing for cup and straw to be in same box - we have special boxes ordered for this and we charge 0.77 net each. Must be noted on traveler to use special packing boxes.
20. Staples receives EQP on ALL items - NO EXCEPTIONS - Per CJ
21. Items in hitronics are to be EQP per CJ whether WH10 or 30
22. We do not charge Staples for samples unless the item is over $25 net EQP per Steve (3/6/14)
23. All orders with trademark for 24 Hour will have to have a reference number noted within the UPS shipping references.
24. When requested on tumblers to Box individually in 4" x 4" x 12" Box with lid & Straw in box the charge is 0.85 per piece for the special boxes
25. OK to break case cartons on items per CJ
26. Tablecloth minimum is 1 pc per Jennifer
27. We charge Staples $ .64 for the mailer and an additional $ .10 for insertion. These are the ceramic mailers not the larger mug/tumbler ones

  We need to add bubble wrap to Kaiser Permanente Orders that call for 7176’s to be placed in individual boxes.  Without additional bubble wrap the Soup Mugs and spoons have excessive breakage.

# Poly bag charge: If Staples asks to have each item individually poly-bagged then we charge $ .10,except t-shirts which is 0.16 net per bag.

If staples asks to have 5, 10, 25 items placed in a poly-bag we charge $ .10 per poly-bag.

If Staples asks us to Collate 25 pens in a poly-bag we charge $ .20 per 25 pack (bag and collating)

If Staples asks us to put a UPC sticker on each item we charge $ .10 per sticker application.

If Staples asks us to Assort colors in a 20-25 pc pack we charge $ .10 per pack. (poly bag and assorting)

If Staples asks us to print a 1-color hangtag and attach we charge $ .25 per tag

If Staples asks us to print a 4-color hangtag and attach we charge $ .30 per tag

Large quantities of these hangtags will drive the price down, send to Bruce Gibb for quote

• Samples

1. no charge samples, except for items over $25 net then EQP
2. no charge shipping, even if it is expedited to meet In Hands date
3. Must have an Attn to on every order

• CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING***

1. If the ship instructions are:Ship via SPP STOCK CONSOL- COMM then the shipping code to be used is SCON.
2. Consolidated shipping is only available for Largo, Pinellas Park Locations (WH10 items)
3. Each box must be labeled with PO# and will be picked up on Monday's and Thursday's unless it is deemed necessary for extra pickups.
4. The BOL must list every PO that is shipping on the given date.

• Pricing in AS400 is correct. If pricing on PO is higher than AS400 please automatically correct and proceed with order. If price is lower on PO than EQP, email contact person to determine proper pricing.
