MOMENTUM MARKETING SOLUTIONS

1. Pricing in AS400 is correct. If price is higher on PO, please correct to pricing in AS400. If pricing is lower than what is in AS400, email for clarification.

• • • PROGRAM ORDERS for TM - CPR (Cell Phone Repair) ***

1. All set up charges will be reduced to $20.00
2. All re-order set up charges will be waived (must be exact re-order with zero changes)
3. All embroidery tape charges will be waived
4. Approved for 24 Hour RUSH Service per Ashlee
5. Per Ashlee no change of thread charges on hat, bag or blanket orders

LTM fee - $20 net PMS fee - $20 net Handling fee - $1.50 net per box Drop ship fee - $5 per location

DARDEN PROGRAM ORDERS:

• 1. For LTM orders, the charge will be reduced to $20 net and Momentum will STILL get EQP pricing on the items
• 2. Set ups will be reduced to the re-order set up charge fee which is normally $20 net
• 3. For EXACT re-orders, the re-order set up charge will be waived
• 3. PMS color match charge will be reduced to $20 net (half of our standard $40)

JCS CONCRETE:

• 1. For LTM orders, the charge will be reduced to $20 net and Momentum will STILL get EQP pricing on the items
• 2. Set ups will be reduced to the re-order set up charge fee which is normally $20 net
• 3. For EXACT re-orders, the re-order set up charge will be waived
• 3. PMS color match charge will be reduced to $20 net (half of our standard $40)

COASTAL ORTHOPEDICS PROGRAM:

• 1. 1st time set up charge = $20 net per color
• 2. For EXACT re-orders, the re-order set up charge will be waived
