      • If there is not a special price that is noted under their customer #, then we will proceed, as per EQP-5% and the correct set-up charge of $10.00 ****
      • Net for ALL NEW/REFER IN-HOUSE ONLY orders for quantities at or above the minimum quantity that is noted on the website.

      • If there is a below minimum quantity, the order will be put on hold for confirmation from SHASTA.

• ITEM# 4000 (BLANKS ONLY) $0.50 NET PER PIECE (100 PIECE MINIMUM)
