Minimum run is 24 pcs - 24 pcs is absolute minimum. The minimum run per item color is 24 pcs - We no longer run 6 pcs of one color and 6 pcs of another. There is no longer a less than minimum charge - per CJ
Embroidery Additional run charges:
Additional stitches - $0.28 net per 1,000
Back and Side Embroidery - $1.50 net charge per pc, for up to 5,000 stitches - tape must be provided
Thread color change - $28.00 per order
3D embroidery - $0.76 net per pc, up to 7,000 stitches
Shipping Instruction
NO 3RD PARTY HANDLING CHARGES
The delivery date is not always correct, as this is just an estimate. Go by the normal standard production and use the ship method noted on the order.
If there is a need for a Rush order, this would be pre-arranged and noted on the purchase order.
Art Instruction
Multi-Color Art
The list of imprint colors on the purchase order will always match the numerical order of the art film sent. The 1st color will match the 1st film, the 2nd color will match the 2nd film, etc.
For example:
The purchase order lists two imprint colors: black, red. The art film is sent color separated - but does not list the colors on the film. 1st film shows the word "Hit" 2nd film shows the word "Promotional" In this example the 1st film (Hit) is black and the 2nd film (Promotional) is red.
