- Regular Set Ups for WH99 Items
- PMS Match: no charge
- E-proof: no charge for 1st one and up to 3 re-proofs(not on a rush order)
- N/C pre-production proofs
- Re-order setup charge: $20 net
- LTM: ½ 1st column, no additional charge, EQP price
