Free spec Samples - we waive charges on spec samples on a per case basis
3-5 Day production on bags, portfolios and pens (after proof approval and for silk-screened products)
No reorder charge for program business, unless there is a copy change
PSA (self-promotion) Pricing: EQP less 20%, ½ Setup Charge, ½ First Catalog Qty as a minimum
