- THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT REQUEST PROOFS. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THEIR ORDERS FOR A PROOF!
- Each PO will have a freight quote on it. MAKE SURE THIS IS ADDED TO THE ORDER. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF THE PURCHASE ORDER SAYS TO SHIP VIA HIT EQUAL. THE FREIGHT QUOTE MUST BE ADDED.
- If PO has Hit Equal and shipping to a valid Hit Equal state, please ship Hit Equal even if the PO says ground too
- No billing for overruns (they will request no overruns on POs)
- $25 setups for $40 net
- $22 setups for $36 net
- $20 setups for $32 net
- $15 repeat setups
- Colorbrite - $120 net (4 color process)
