Automated emails • The automated emails are available in Saleslogix. To access them, search for the order and open the record. In the bottom right corner are the links for the automated emails. There are options for invoices, tracking numbers, order status, acknowledgement and on hold notice.
• Click on the email you want (example here is tracking numbers) and it will bring up a screen to select recipients.
On the left side are contacts already associated with the account. If the contact you want is there, click on the magnifying glass and select the contact.
• If the contact is not already in the system, hit the green plus sign beside the magnifying glass,
and a screen will appear to add the contact’s name and email address.
• Once the contact is selected, it will show under selected contacts. Click on the schedule e-mails button and the email will be sent and a record of the email being sent added to the notes history on the order.
