2025: Drop ship charge $5 net per address.

   2-3 day rush on all orders with exception to items not valid for 1 day rushes
   free email proofs per Amanda
   Hit Equal when needed
   Regular EQP on LTM with $40 net LTM fee.
   On all sunglasses, 72 minimum with no LTM Fee
   N/C handling charge when shipping 3rd party
   No embroidery tape charge
