EQP status is determined on the previous year's orders: if the company did more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales with us, they should be automatically set up on EQP for the current year. (Prior Year's Sales can be viewed in the AS400, screens 21, then 18.)
If the customer did more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales and is not set up on EQP, email pricechange@hitpromo.net your email must carbon copy (cc)mmarias@hitpromo.net, or your email will be discarded.
Accounts that did not have more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales may be set up on EQP in certain instances by emailing pricechange@hitpromo.net your email must carbon copy (cc) BOTH cjschmidt@hitpromo.net and mmarias@hitpromo.net, or your email will be discarded.
