- - Any orders rec'd showing a delivery address for Canada, please question - May need to ship to RAF
- If the ship to address is listed as a PO box, proceed with address as TBA, and send us an email to advise. Please provide the po# in the email.
- REPEAT ORDERS do not get setup charges. If order has a setup charge please proceed without the setup charge.
- If out of stock, DO NOT process. Email us to determine replacement.
- If ship to address is Russell A. Farrow Limited (RAF) the Carrier Service should be under Suppler Instructions (usually UPS Ground) and go 3 days out for an in hands date. (An in hands date MUST be listed on EVERY order!)
- If order comes over with 1 color, 2 sided imprint and trademark is the same for both sides, please proceed with one set up only.
- If imprint color is listed as 877 metallic silver, please note imprint color just as metallic silver, DO NOT note the numbers. Same for 871 metallic gold. Just list as metallic gold, DO NOT list the numbers.
- If pricing is off, DO NOT process. Please put on hold and email us.
- If item #980 is requested in the color burgundy, please enter the pen color as red and proceed.
- If no setup charge is noted and the order is noted as a repeat in the profile. Please pay attention to the profile and make note of what changes (ex: qty, item color, imprint color) This will no longer be noted on the order for you. *N/C repeat setup for 4IMPRINT orders.
