How to get a screenshot of a menu list
In order to do a screenshot with the mouse hover, just move the mouse over the menu item, and once the menu expands, press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard. That will make the computer capture a screenshot to your clipboard even if you can't tell. Then open up the email message that you're replying to, right-click, and select Paste. You should be able to get an image like the one shown below. Please do not crop the address bar out of the image - the URL in there can help with troubleshooting issues.
