IN HOUSE ITEMS ONLY:

• Please follow the below noted information
• We will be proceeding with any order that comes through with incorrect pricing with the special pricing under your customer # and the special pricing *that is noted system. If there is not a special price that is noted under their customer #, then we will proceed, as per the website – EQP-5% (Except for *#4000, as this is special pricing of 1 Color $0.51 Net per piece) and the correct set-up charge of $10.00 Net for ALL NEW/REFER IN-HOUSE ONLY orders for quantities at *or above the minimum quantity that is noted on the website. If there is a below minimum quantity, the order will be put on hold for confirmation from you.

CONTRACT ITEMS ONLY:

• $25.00 Net set-up charge on ALL NEW/REFER orders
