- NO CHARGE FOR SPECS/PREPROs on MOST items (all that qualify)
- NO PMS CHARGE ON STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS
- NO CHARGE FOR EMAIL PROOFS AT ALL - ON ANY PROFORMA ACCOUNT
- N/C REORDER SETUPS; IF ORDER THEY ARE REPEATING WAS DONE WITH IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
