About
Once you run the setup script for Customer Service/Sales, the script will automatically assign your mailbox to your profile. In order to accomplish your job as efficiently as possible you may need one of the following mailboxes in addition to your own:
- Proofs--Allows you to view sent proofs
- One Day Turn--Allows you to view orders that were sent to onedayturn@hitpromo.net
- Orders--Allows you to see pending orders.
- Another Person's Mailbox--If someone is out sick, or you routinely need to see another person's mailbox, you can add their mailbox to your Outlook.
Security
By default, anyone in the company can view the following mailboxes:
- Proofs
- Orders
- One Day Turn
If you need access to a mailbox not listed here, either have that person email itsupport@Hitpromo.net requesting the change, or email your supervisor requesting access to that person's mailbox.
Steps
- Open up your Outlook, and wait for it to start up.
- Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Options".
- One the "Options" dialog box appears, click on the "Mail Setup" tab, and select "Email Accounts..."
- When the "E-mail Accounts" dialog box appears, Click on "View or change exisiting e-mail accounts" and press "Next".
- Click the "Change..." button.
- Click the "More Settings..." button.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Click on the "Add.." button
- Type the username of the mailbox you want to add. For example:
- For the Proofs mailbox, type "Proofs"
- For the Orders mailbox, type "Orders"
- For John Doe's mailbox type "jdoe"
- Close all open dialog boxes by pressing "OK"/"Finish" until you are back to the main outlook window.
