CREDITS-Please see the below agreement moving forward for printing issues: If order is under a certain dollar amount ($500) and CustomInk provides sufficient pictures showing multiple items with inconsistent print issues from one unit to the other, we will not request the items back and redo the order. This will save any frustration for your customer. Larger dollar orders we do want to bring back, inspected, and if claim is validated we will credit the order. Please do not destroy/donate goods until we all agree to the resolution. HIT does reserve the rights to ask for goods back if needed.
