Catalog Orders
Orders are generally processed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt.
The 2011 catalog started mailing out to our customer on Friday January 7, 2011.
The catalog is valid until March 31, 2011 at which time a new one will be sent.
We can process requests for a maximum 3 catalogs at one time
- No charge for the catalogs or the shipping, if requesting 3 or less.
- For approved orders for more than 3 catalogs, charge $2.40 per catalog and charge for shipping or get the customer's shipper number.
If you have a request for over 20 catalogs you need to evaluate it, if you think the customers business substantiates the number of catalogs, send an e-mail to Stacy Zumwalt. Make sure your e-mail includes:
1. The requested number of catalogs
2. The account number
3. The amount of last years sales
Stacy will evalute the request and respond to you.
We can only send catalogs to distributors; we do not sent them to end users
- If an end user requests a catalog, refer them to a distributor that is our customer in their area
Flyer Orders
Orders are generally processed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt
We can process requests for a maximum 25 flyers at one time
- No charge for the flyers or the shipping, if requesting 25 or less
- For approved orders for more than 25 flyers, charge for shipping or get the customer's shipper number
- For approved orders for more than 25 flyers, charge $0.25 per flyer
We can only send flyers to distributors; we do not sent them to end users
- If an end user requests flyers, refer them to a distributor that is our client in their area
