Art files that are smaller than 10mb should be emailed to hitart@hitpromo.net.
Art files that are 10mb or larger should be uploaded via a special FTP site.
Instructions:
- Go to ftp.hitpromo.net
- Log in
Username: hitcust
Password: l0g1n (the 2nd and 4th characters are numbers; the other characters are letters)
- You may have to click on the top menu, under View, and then Open FTP Folder
- Drag & drop the art file into the FTP folder
Please advise your customer service representative of the specific file name of the uploaded file, so that our art department can retrieve the file
