Art files that are smaller than 10mb should be emailed to hitart@hitpromo.net.
Art files that are 10mb or larger should be uploaded via a special FTP site. Instructions:
- Go to ftp.hitpromo.net
- Log in u
Username: hitcust Password: l0g1n (the 2nd and 4th characters are numbers; the other characters are letters)
- You may have to click on the top menu, under View, and then Open FTP Folder
