RULES

1. ALL NEW ORDERS GET a 25.00 net setup (except 4 color process)
2. Embroidery orders - for designs exceeding 7,000 stitches, add $25.00net per each additional 1,000 stitches to the embroidery tape charge - N/C for tape edits
3. 0.35(G) running charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the cap.
4. On pad printed or small surface silk, we should be at $ .20 net run charge per location/color
5. All other Run charges (bags, totes, coolers, caps) are 0.40 net per pc for additional colors imprints and location EXCEPT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ON CHAIRS, that run is 0.80 net each
6. N/C repeat Setups and refer setups
7. N/C Proofs
8. N/C spec samples
9. N/C PMS charges
10. N/C PMS charge on repeat/refer orders
11. No LTM - but must be at least 1/2 catalog
12. Exact Quantity on all orders
13. Orders always ship on customers account number unless over 300 lbs then contact mmezerowski@hitpromo.net
14. If orders have in hands dates they must be on the orders
15. If pricing is different by .004 please correct and proceed
16. Item: 5898 the lids MUST be attached ... Please make sure to make a top note of this !
17. drop ship charges are 5.00 per additional location.
18. Poly bag charge is 0.05 net per a item
19. Poly bag labeling is 0.05 net per piece
20. Staples is not charged $20 for cancellations
21. Single mug mailers 0.64(net) each - NO charge to insert into mug mailer.
22. Item# 7050 1 color 1 location $8.994 net each (unless there is a quote for another price)
23. Item 2700 with TM for Disney or ESPN must have special Prop 65 labels attached.

• Samples

1. no charge samples, no matter what the cost of the sample(s) is
2. no charge shipping, even if it is expedited to meet In Hands date
3. if ground shipping will not meet the In Hands date, automatically expedite shipping to meet the In Hands date - no supervisor approval is necessary
4. Must have an Attn to on every order

• CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING***

1. If the ship instructions are:Ship via SPP STOCK CONSOL- COMM then the shipping code to be used is SCON.
2. Consolidated shipping is only available for Largo, Pinellas Park Locations (WH10 items)
3. Each box must be labeled with PO# and will be picked up by FedEx Freight Priority on Tuesday's and Friday's unless it is deemed necessary for extra pickups.
4. The BOL must list every PO that is shipping on the given date.

Special Pricing

• Pricing in AS400 is correct. If pricing on PO is higher than AS400 please automatically correct and proceed with order. If price is lower on PO than EQP, email contact person to determine proper pricing.
