Apparel Program pricing cover under blanket pricing

• MOQ 48 pcs on item listed on website (if LTM will need approval from Teresa)
• If item is not listed on website quote from Teresa must be provided
• everything should be $2.25 deco from Hit for Lumen uniform program.
