**APPAREL ORDERS**

ANY apparel order with an LTM (less than first column quantity) must have a set up charge.

48 PCS is the absolute minimum for EBUSA.

Per Jodi- This is not going to be a problem moving forward as we will not accept an order from your team without inventory UNLESS YOU personally accept the possibility inventory can be delays. – please make a note in their BizRules that we need management’s approval to accept orders when “inventory is due to arrive”.

Orders that want a guaranty of inventory MUST have a 24 hour hold placed and the Hold # ON YOUR PO. If the HOLD # is not on your PO, order entry will not know about the hold and can’t link to that inventory

1.) Their freight discount is approx. 30% less than standard quotes.

2.) Everything Branded is set up with $20 set up charges for screens, laser & pad printing, $80 for embroidery

a. Exceptions: Admints Items, AB25 mints, individually wrapped mints, custom products, Zagansnacks, candles, custom box design
