We have in writing To confirm – we will not be responsible for situations where the QR code does not work except for if the QR code does not work due to poor print quality (for example, if the QR code does not work because it’s smeared). If the QR code does not work due to poor print quality, then we would ask for a credit/re-print of that order, just like any other order where there is an issue with print quality.

No $40 QR code charge Waived OK per CJ (starting 5/16/2024)

We have in writing To confirm – we will not be responsible for situations where the QR code does not work except for if the QR code does not work due to poor print quality (for example, if the QR code does not work because it’s smeared). If the QR code does not work due to poor print quality, then we would ask for a credit/re-print of that order, just like any other order where there is an issue with print quality.
