Repeat set-up charges waived
- PROGRAM ORDERS for TM - CPR (Cell Phone Repair) ***
- All set up charges will be reduced to $20.00
- All re-order set up charges will be waived (must be exact re-order with zero changes)
- All embroidery tape charges will be waived
- Approved for 24 Hour RUSH Service per Ashlee
- Per Ashlee no change of thread charges on hat, bag or blanket orders
PMS fee - $20 net
Handling fee - $1.50 net per box
Drop ship fee - $5 per location
DARDEN PROGRAM ORDERS:
- 1. Set ups will be reduced to the re-order set up charge fee which is normally $20 net
- 2. For EXACT re-orders, the re-order set up charge will be waived
