Order comes in and they show BLANKS which has to be crossed out. They send their artwork and carton label template for each item ordered.
Check stock, if out of stock notify tfl.services@gmail.com (Balazs) and tfl.lajos@gmail.com (Lajos) before order gets entered.

1 set up charge, even if there is a 2 sided imprint
No charge for proofs on all orders
No charge for color change
No charge for PMS match
Mugs are to be packaged in Protective Packs at no charge
No charge embroidery tape
Email proofs: tfl.services@gmail.com and tfl.lajos@gmail.com on all orders including repeats.
Order returned to Rep so labels can be put in traveler before order goes to art.
