  No Charge setups on REPEAT orders or REFER orders
  No Charge E-mail Proofs
  No Charge PMS Matches
  No Charge LTM for half the first qty 
  No Charge Samples (exceptions may apply)
  No Tape Charges
  No Charge Pre-Pros

• Item 34 no second side run charge will apply for catalog qty’s as long as 1C same color imprint for both sides Per Pete Strob

APPROVED FOR THE ONE DAY RUSH PROGRAM

• No charge specs within reason
• No charge samples or shipping ground

• Program: Trademark - Big Rock ("BrandMap co-op")
  • Any order with the trademark Big Rock receives $20.00 net Set up charges and is allowed to order half the minimum quantity with a $40.00 LTM Charge.

For the program business, it will be catalog minimums and no set ups
