• EQP MINUS 2.5% ON ALL PROFORMA ORDERS UNLESS ITEM IS EXEMPT FROM EQP
• CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE EQP ONLY - NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT
• SELF PROMOS - MOST ITEMS (NON-EXEMPT EQP ITEMS) EQP MINUS 20% OFF - HALF PRICE SETUP - AS LOW AS HALF THE MINIMUM QTY.
• NO CHARGE SAMPLES - UNLESS ITEM IS EQP EXEMPT (max of $25.00 net per request)
• DO NOT SHIP VIA COLLECT ON ANY PROFORMA ORDERS
• NO CHARGE FOR SPECS/PREPROs on MOST items (all that qualify)
• NO CHARGE FOR EMAIL PROOFS AT ALL - ON ANY PROFORMA ACCOUNT
• N/C REORDER SETUPS
• DISCOUNTED FREIGHT PROGRAM - MUST BE LOGGED IN AS PROFORMA TO SEE THE RATES
• ALL APPAREL IS EQP, NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT - $10.00 NET SETUPS - ABSOLUTE MIN IS 48 PCS WITH NO LTM FEE

MGM ORDERS ONLY - you must make sure that all this information makes it to the traveler. The out side of each box must be labeled with the MGM PO# listed - if this info is not on the traveler under special instructions, the customer will expect a full credit for this order.

Please note these special handling notes that must be followed for each and every MGM order:

- BLIND Packing slips MUST be in with all orders 
- Must have proofs approved on EVERY order 
- When processing the order received, please verify the correct logo is used and matches the order.  Example:  If order is for Mirage MUST have Mirage logo. 
- Follow shipping instructions exactly.  We will not be responsible to pay shipping for any shipments that are NOT shipped on the MGM UPS # (detailed instructions are on every order). 
- UPS is the only approved shipper for ALL MGM orders. 
- MGM PO number is the only number that should be referenced on shipping labels and packing lists.
