Customer pays: $16.00/net for $32.00/G setup; $18.00/net for $36.00/G setup and $20.00/net for $40.00/G setup.
REPEATS - No setup charge for EXACT repeat orders (WH 10 FL products only). Does not include transfers. They have to pay repeats on transfers.
