EQP pricing is an acquired pricing tier.

The customer must have 10/K+ in yearly sales to receive EQP and there are certain items excluded.

Customers must go through the outside rep to receive EQP. DO NOT email billing updates without prior approval from the rep.

If a customer hasn't done much business, please copy Janita. Otherwise a quick email to Billing updates with the information will suffice

Each year qualified accounts receive an EQP letter from HIT.

Customer service does not offer EQP to an account.
